NOTA: El Active Cash box pueden ser variante tipo A, B o C.

Después de verificar que tiene la configuración correcta de los módulos para la prueba, debe instalar el Active Cash Box en la cama de prueba.

After verifying that you have the correct module configuration for the test, you must install the Active Cash Box on the test bed.

Para instalar el Active Cash Box en la cama de prueba, siga las siguientes instrucciones:

To install the Active Cash Box on the test bed, follow the instructions below:

1. Abra la cerradura girando la llave un ¼ hacia la izquierda.

1. Open the lock by turning the key ¼ to the left.

2. Levante la barra de bloqueo.

2. Raise the locking bar.

1. Coloque el Active Cashbox en la cama de prueba.

1. Place the Active Cashbox on the test bed.

2. Empuje en la dirección como se muestra en la imagen.

1. Bajar la barra de bloqueo.

1. Lower the locking bar.

2. Cierre la cerradura girando la llave un ¼ hacia la derecha.

2. Close the lock by turning the key ¼ to the right.

Encienda interruptor de la fuente. Empezará a prepararse, si no detecta ningún error, los indicadores led del panel se encenderán de color verde.

Turn on the power switch. It will start to prepare, if it does not detect any error, the LEDs on the panel will light up green.

En la opción del módulo Active Cash box de la siguiente ventana puede verificar que tipo de país tiene configurado el Active Cash box, de esta manera sabrá qué tipo de monedas usar para la prueba y verifique si requiere mantenimiento o reparación

NOTA: En el panel de diagnóstico podrá observar si hay algún error por medio de los indicadores parpadeantes.

MANTENIMIENTO Y REPARACION / MAINTENANCE AND REPARATION

Para realizar el mantenimiento o reparación es necesario desensamblar el Active Cash Box.

To carry out maintenance or repair it is necessary to disassemble the Active Cash Box.

Retire los tornillos con un desarmador de cruz de la parte trasera, desconecte el cable y retire los tornillos de la parte interna.

Remove the screws with a screwdriver the back, disconnect the cable and remove the screws of part inside.

Para destapar el módulo, es necesario voltearlo para evitar que se caigan los engranes, ya que tienen un resorte que los presiona y hay partes sueltas.

To uncover the module, it is necessary to turn it over to avoid the gears falling out, since they have a spring that presses them and there are loose parts.

Con la unidad desarmada remueva partículas de suciedad con aire a presión.

With the unit disassembled, remove dirt particles with pressurized air.

Limpiar las tapas por donde se desliza la cadena, comprobar que en el denominador no tenga monedas o partículas de suciedad atoradas, deberá de engrasar donde sea necesario.

Clean the covers where the chain slides, check that there are no coins or dirt particles stuck in the denominator, you should grease where necessary.

Limpie y coloque en su posición correcta todas y cada una de las partes que conforman el mecanismo de la caja de efectivo, ayudándose con una guía metálica para sostener los engranes y de esa manera será más fácil ensamblar las cubiertas.

Clean and place in their correct position each and every one of the parts that make up the cash box mechanism, using a metal guide to hold the gears and in this way it will be easier to assemble the covers.

Verifique que la cadena no está quebrada o con desgaste en los eslabones o guías por donde deslizan las monedas con desgaste.

No acepta monedas

Revise el denominador dañado, cuerpos extraños atorados o muy sucio, retire cubiertas y verifique que las bobinas no estén fuera de lugar.
Check for damaged denominator, stuck or very dirty foreign bodies, remove covers and check that the coils are not out of place.

El motor dañado o engranes con desgaste

Falla no calibra / no acepta monedas.
Failure does not calibrate / does not accept coins.

Revisa si el denominador está dañado o sucio, utiliza un multímetro para verificar que las bobinas no estén abiertas ni los cables.
Check if the denominator is damaged or dirty, use a multimeter to verify that the coils are not open or the cables.

Falla de solenoide
Solenoid failure

Revise que no tenga cuerpos extraños o monedas atoradas, el cable desconectado, el prisma del solenoide perdido o tablilla del sensor dañada.
Check for foreign bodies or stuck coins, disconnected the cable, missing solenoid prism or damaged sensor board.

Al volver a montar las tapas de la caja debes asegurarte de que las piezas indicadas en la imagen estén correctamente colocadas, no olvides volver a conectar el cable.

When reassembling the cash box covers, you must make sure that the parts indicated in the image are correctly positioned, do not forget to reconnect the cable.

 Al termino del mantenimiento verifique que todo haya quedado correctamente y no presente ningún error.

At the end of the maintenance check that everything has been correctly and does not present any errors.

Siga los siguientes pasos para empezar la calibración

En la barra de tareas de su computadora de prueba seleccióne el icono    CVT, se abrirá la siguiente ventana y seleccione la opción de calibración y verificación.

In the task bar of your test computer select the CVT icon , the following window will open and select the calibration and verification option.

Se abrirá la siguiente ventana seleccione la opción start, empezará a prepararse para que empiece a calibrar.

The following window will open, select the start option, it will begin to prepare to start calibrating.

En este momento pedirá que inserte las monedas 20 de cada una de las denominaciones, en la posición enumerada del 1 al 7 así es el orden como lo requiere el software .

At this time, it will ask you to insert the 20 coins of each of the denominations, in the position numbered from 1 to 7, this is the order as required by the software.

Ahora te pedirá que selecciones ok, ahora deberás insertar las monedas de cada denominación según te pida el software hasta terminar de insertar todas las monedas.

Now it will ask you to select ok, now you must insert the coins of each denomination as the software asks you until you finish inserting all the coins.

Finalmente, el software le mostrará que la calibración se realizó correctamente. Si por algún motivo aparece algún error al introducir las monedas, repite la operación.

NOTA: la calibración no pasará si marca 7 fuera del límite, proceder a repetir la operación o enviarlo a reparación.

Finally, the software will show you that the calibration passed correctly. If for some reason an error appears when inserting the coins, repeat the operation.

NOTE: the calibration will not pass if it marks 7 outside the limit, proceed to repeat the operation or send it for repair.

Se abrira una ventana y seleccionara Qualification Test

Nota: si ya configuró el software con los archivos correctos, no es necesario ingresar cada vez para configurar, solo seleccione Run Script.

El software le pedira que inserte la cantidad de 764 centavos,  4 de $US001, 4 de $ US005, 4 de $US010,.4 de $US025, 4 de $US050 Y 4 de $US100

Al terminar de aceptar todas las monedas se abrirá una ventana mostrando que la unidad paso.

NOTA: si en el transcurso de la prueba falla o pone algún error repita el proceso nuevamente si persiste el error mándela a reparación.

Deberá de enviar la unidad  para que sea probada por el personal de calidad

Para abrir el programa administrador de configuración, seleccione el siguiente icono en su computadora de prueba:

Seleccione – Select Transaction.

Se abre la siguiente ventana, siga las instrucciones:

En el cuadro numérico escriba la cantidad de efectivo que ingresará en centavos.

In the numeric box, type the amount of cash to enter in cents.

1. En el recuadro de Total Cost aparece la cantidad ingresada.

2. Seleccione Start. El validador se prepara para recibir monedas.

2. Select Start. The validator prepares to receive coins.

Ingrese las monedas a través del conducto de entrada del validador, no exceda más de 20 monedas a la vez.

Enter the coins through the validator input chute, do not exceed more than 20 coins at a time.

Las monedas se distribuirán a los módulos, como caja de efectivo y Hopper.

The coins will be distributed to the modules, such as cash box and Hopper.

1. Al terminar de ingresar las monedas, seleccione Stop o espere que pare automáticamente.

2. En la opción Pago podrás ver el monto que se pagó.

Las monedas que se encuentran en los módulos se dispensarán por la parte inferior del validador, deberá retirar la caja de efectivo.

The coins found in the modules will be dispensed through the bottom of the validator, you must remove the cash box.

Una vez que la unidad termine de probarse, el personal de calidad la enviará para el siguiente proceso.
Once the unit is finished testing, the quality personnel will send it for the next process.
